Avea completes MNP set-up
The Turkish cellular operator Avea has completed a one-year project to implement a mobile number portability (MNP) system. Avea has worked with solutions provider Argela on the system which will enable customers to retain their existing phone number when they change cellular provider. Number portability will be introduced in Turkey on 9 November.
