Avea sues Turkcell

Avea, the smallest of Turkey’s three cellular operators, has filed a lawsuit against market leader Turkcell over a dispute about capacity on calls between their respective networks. According to a report from Hurriyet, Avea is alleging that Turkcell has failed to meet legal obligations to provide inter-network capacity, and has also damaged Avea’s public image by ‘unjustified’ comments about the dispute.
