Telsim to sue Turkcell
Turkey’s second largest cellco Telsim has announced it has initiated legal proceedings against Turkcell for the reimbursement of TRL26.1 million in roaming fees. Telsim claims that since 1 August Turkcell has failed to comply with the prices set by the Turkish regulator and has instead been charging inflated prices.
