Turkcell, Samsung collaborate on 5G acceleration
Turkcell and South Korea’s Samsung have entered a 5G development partnership ‘to assess and test the 5G network technology in 2018 in Turkey’, the Anadolu Agency website reported. Turkcell added that the partnership would accelerate the commercialisation of 5G technology and support Turkey’s digital transformation. The companies will also collaborate on the Internet of Things (IoT), smart device apps, home security, energy consumption and automation, Turkcell said.
