Vodafone Group doubled down the capitals of Turkish subsidies

Vodafone Group has doubled the capital of its companies in Turkey, Vodafone Holding and Vodafone Telekomünikasyon AŞ, after the fiscal year ended on March 31.

Vodafone Group increased the capital of its companies in Turkey after its fiscal year ended on March 31. Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş.’s capital was increased from 2,760,100,400 TL to 5,760,100,400 TL with an increase of 3 billion TL or approximately 142 million Euros, more than double.
The decision taken at the general assembly held on Tuesday, April 11, was published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated April 11 and numbered 10809, effective from April 11. Vodafone Turkey had increased its capital by 2 billion liras on March 2, 2020.

Holding capital was also increased

Vodafone Group’s umbrella company in Turkey, Vodafone Holding A.Ş.’s capital was also increased from 2,000,200,501 liras to 5,000,200 501 TL with an increase of three billion liras. Also more than double.  This decision was taken on April 10 and was published in the Trade Registry Gazette on April 10.

The highest capital is in TT Mobil

Türk Telekom’s mobile operator, TT Mobil, is the company with the largest capital among the telecom companies operating in Turkey. The total capital of TT Mobil İletişim Hizmetleri AŞ is 15 billion 800 million 80 thousand 847 liras 95 cents. Türk Telekom’s capital is 3 billion 500 million TL. Turkcell’s capital is 2 billion 200 million TL.
